How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To
You talk to an independent local concrete provider. These are businesses in our network that do driveway, patio and stamped concrete work. Launchpatients Concrete does not do the work, so there is no crew for us to introduce. The people you speak with belong to the provider you choose.
What Happens on the First Conversation
The provider will ask about your home and your plans. They may ask about the size of the area, the shape of the yard and how water drains. They may ask about the age of your house and what you want the finished surface to look like.
Many providers also offer a visit to see the site. That visit helps them give a written quote that fits your property. Photos can help too, so have a few ready if you can.
What to Ask a Provider
A few good questions can save you worry later:
- Are you licensed and insured where I live?
- Do you handle permits if my town needs them?
- How will you prepare the base and handle drainage?
- What thickness, mix and reinforcement do you plan to use?
- How do you deal with frost and freeze-thaw cycles?
- What does the quote include, and what could change it?
- Can you share examples of similar work?
- How long will the surface need before I can walk or drive on it?
If your house is older, mention it. Hidden pipes, old footings and past repairs can change the plan.
You Are in Control
You can talk to more than one provider. You can ask for time to think. You do not have to say yes to anything. There is no obligation when you request an estimate.
Slow and steady is a good pace for a big project. Compare the quotes side by side, and ask about anything that looks different from one to the next.
