Launchpatients Concrete connects homeowners with independent concrete providers. If you pour driveways, patios or stamped surfaces, you may want to join our network. Homeowners come to us when they are planning a project and want to talk to someone local.

This is not a job with Launchpatients Concrete. You stay your own boss and run your own business.

Who We Are Looking For

We look for providers who:

• Work in concrete flatwork, such as driveways, patios, walks and stamped surfaces
• Serve homeowners in Mundelein or across the Mundelein area
• Understand frost, drainage and the way local weather treats concrete
• Are comfortable working on older homes, where surprises can turn up
• Explain things in plain words and treat people kindly

What We Expect

Homeowners count on honest conversations. So we expect providers to:

• Hold any licenses, permits and insurance that local rules require
• Give clear written quotes after seeing the site
• Be upfront about what could change a price
• Show up when they say they will, or let the homeowner know
• Never pressure a homeowner or make promises they cannot keep

Providers are responsible for their own work and their own terms with the homeowner.
