We want everyone who reaches Launchpatients Concrete to be treated fairly. If something did not go well, please let us know. This page shows how to make a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template and not legal advice.

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, begin by taking it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record as you go.

Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know that Launchpatients Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider, or act for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@launchpatients.homes and include:

• Your name and how to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Happy?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed contractors.
